Playbill Ads are a great way for family members and friends to support the theatre program and honor a student crew member or actor. Playbills will be distributed to over a thousand theatre goers this Fall. Saved as keepsakes by many! All proceeds are used to cover printing costs. Best part of the deal is that we can help you create the ad if you wish!
We will be selling Playbill ad’s at the Booster Club Meeting on Nov. 14th.

The Booster Club is proud to help the CHHS Theatre Arts Department offer an incredible performing arts experience to students. The club organizes parent volunteers to help backstage, prepare/serve meals and snacks during rehearsals, host cast parties and opening night receptions, sell tickets and concessions at shows, etc.

Students that participate in a show are required to pay a Production Fee that covers the cost of a variety of items needed for productions: costumes, props, meals and snacks for the actors/tech crew, tech supplies, t-shirts, cast party and more.
2017/2018 Production Fees:
Cast Members of Musicals – $60 per show
Crew Members – $40 per show
Orchestra – $30 per show
A $5 donation is added when paying by PayPal or credit card to cover service charges.
Note: Students are not denied participation based on financial need and are encouraged to discuss arrangements with Mrs. Devino or Mr. Faulks.
The Booster Club holds fundraisers each year to support all aspects of the Theatre Arts program. Some special projects we hope to assist with this year include improvements to the orchestra pit, a portable LED lighting system, and a wall of picture collages of past shows.
Fundraisers will include:
Tamales – The Booster Club is partnering again with a local restaurant, Tommy Tamales, and students will be taking orders for tamales this Fall. More info to come.
Compass Bank – If you or your student opens a bank account with Compass Bank, they will make a generous donation to the Booster Club. Set up your account at the Compass Bank located at 4841 Colleyville Blvd (corner of Glade Rd. and Colleyville Blvd.). No appointment is necessary. Give them the Affinity Code #119667 so they know which organization you are supporting.
Spirit Wear – We will be selling tshirts and hoodies with theatre department logo.
The CHHS Theatre Department makes submissions to local theatre awards programs each year. The awards shows are usually in the spring. Parents and students will be able to use this website to purchase tickets to attend. More information will be announced at a later date.
